The Impact of Operation Revitalisation Strategies in Power Generation Plants on Customer Satisfaction

Purpose: The purpose of this manuscript is to examine the influence operation revitalization strategies and management reforms on customer satisfaction in power plant industry. Theoretical framework: conceptual model for study was developed based previous research field project Malaysia globally. has three operations variables that affect satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach: A survey instrument form a structured questionnaire designed careful review pertinent literature. This collected empirical data from 196 respondents. Multiple regression analysis used test significance model.
